I was listening to McClaren's Duck Rock just recently and nearly shat myself when I read the line-up: Personnel: Malcolm McLaren, David Birch (guitars), Gary Langan (harp), Anne Dudley (keyboards), Louis Jordan (percussion), Jonathan Jeczalik (Fairlight programming). I must have not been able to put two and two together back when I was a kid but I think this album counts as a lost Art of Noise artifact. Trevor Horn and Lol Creme were on KCRW a few weeks back flogging the new album but I can't say I was overly thrilled with what I heard. The interview may be up on their web site (www.kcrw.org, search the "morning becomes eclectic" section). paul

http://www.kcrw.org/cgi-bin/db/kcrw.pl?show_code=mb&air_date=4/26/99&guest_name=Trevor+Horn+and+Lol+Creme&tmplt_type=show This show does not contain any audio from the new album. It is just Horn and Creme playing some of their favorite tracks. Good stuff in there, though... Cocteau Twins, Ryuichi Sakamoto... - Mike ______________________________________________________________________ Mike Brown / Hyperreal | Director, Hyperreal Music Archive PO Box 61334 | http://www.hyperreal.org/music/ Denver CO 80206-8334 USA | Software Engineer, www.netIgnite.com
