I love all the Senorama releases! They run the gammut of styles from loungy electronica to tech-house to lazy electro to deep techno but all of the tracks have such a smooth flowing sound that seems to be the signiture of every- thing that Roman Flügel & Jörn Elling Wuttke produce. Sensorama Releases: . Sensorama: Love cd/2x12" (Ladomat 2000) . Sensorama: Zu Gast Auf Der Welcome Insel cd/2x12" (Ladomat 2000) . Sensorama: Welcome Insel cd/2x12" (Ladomat 2000) Sensorama eps: . Sensorama: Nagelbrett 12" (Ladomat 2000) . Sensorama: Harz 12" (Ladomat 2000) . Sensorama: Star Escalator 12" (Ladomat 2000) The Love album features more of a loungy- laidback electro-tinged sound reminiscent of a gas, pole, profan, and kraftwerk collaboration. The Zu Gast Auf Der Welcome Insel album is by far the most eclectic of the Sensorama releases because it it a remix album which features mixes by Born Under A Rhyming Planet, Claude Young, Plaid, Mouse on Mars, Move D, and Global Comm. The Welcome Insel album is the more tech-house and deep techno album but its complexities still make it a very engaging listen. I highly recommend all three albums. The eps are less essential because they mostly features tracks off the albums. Regardless, Sensorama are well worth checkhing out. I was left to stumble across it by chance during a random shopping trip to Cambridge. Suffice to say that the GC mix is perhaps the most perfect slice of dreamy ambient they've done. Gorgeous.
