There was some mention of this album a while back; it's supposed to be incredible, some sort of Ae/Reload/Plaid-ish thing, etc. However, what I find confusing is who it's *by*; I always see it listed under "Spooky", which would lead me to believe that it's DJ Spooky and is just mis-filed for some reason, or that it's DJ Spooky sans "DJ", or that it's just some other bloke who felt like calling himself "Spooky". It'd be great if someone could clarify this mess... Also, it seems to be out of print, yet it's still in everyone's catalogs...

Spooky was sorta like Fluke, a British duo who did electronic music, sometimes quite well. No relation to the American DJ Spooky. Andrew :) Daniel S. Pregman wrote:

The Dum Dum remix of Spooky's "Little Bullet" is a lovely thing. I found it on the Volume (UK) compilation "Sally's Photographic Memory", out a few years ago but possibly still at http://www.demon.co.uk/volume/ The whole compilation is worth a listen for nostalgic purposes if nothing else. I also came across it on an old compilation called En-Trance about 4 yrs ago A similar-ish version is the live one on the Bamboo EP, and both are very different from the versions on Gargantuan. Found Sounds is cracking stuff, and the EPs I've got hold of are worth a go should you ever find one. cheers, Ben
