still waiting to get this, but noticed that the skimo mailer.... """diskono press: "Each Diskono project comes with a seperate theory, and this one is no exception : one central idea on 'I'm So Bored With The U.S.A.' (all tracks 2m25sec, same length as Clash track 'I'm So Bored With The U.S.A.' : track 2 SIDE A on their debut LP CBS 1977), is that by presenting music from around the world in a fresh context, you can stimulate interest in travel and tourism, and thus the exchange of information. Behind every apparently cynical stroke is the firm belief in the idea of getting information across : content in culture. In a profoundly tawdry and amusing medium, Diskono are not concerned with authenticity, but with research, polemic and effect." Trouble maker? Well it didn't work worth a shit for me either... FTP worked great, though. The HTTP version sounded completely messed up. Happy little track, too. And just so you don't think we're all ungrateful bastards, I'll thank you for putting it up too... :) --- np: not a whole lot superfuzz@home.com

I found that as a link it didn't work, BUT, if I right clicked and chose "Save link as..." and am currently downloading a 2.3 meg file (about right for a mp3 file). I'm using Netscrape 4.5, btw, but I know IE has the same feature... not sure about Opera Solenoid On Sun, 21 Feb 1999, Superfuzz wrote:
