actually, i think conceptually is is quite neat. i have not actually heard the release, as i do not have a MD player -- BUT it is because of this release (the method of making/recording the music, not the fact that i must have the releases) and talking to others who have done similar things with the MD that i am considering buying one. i think as far as using a recording/ed source to aid in the production/listening of music, its quite innovative. or at least something new and different. or at least to me. chris.

re: the gescom md...is it still available? i may be getting a portable md soon...too many sounds out in the real world that simply must be recorded. and unfortunately i don't have $700 for a portable dat... .. .... .
