That is only obvious if forget to take into account that Sami BirnBach (aka DJ Morpheus) is Israeli originaly and as one I can tell you that sample clearing might not be the 1st thing on our mind and risk taking is much more obvious... on the Morpheus tip, two weeks ago he came to Israel for a home visit and threw two DJ gigs. The 1st was a house affair in which I didn't take part but the second gig was on Tel-Aviv's ONLY jungle night (THE GOLEM CLUB, wednsday night for those who lurk..), Anyway it was not something at all, he started with might I think was Talvin Singh (never heard the guy YET!) and another track which was as experimental as the WI squarepushers or the 3rd track on port rhumbus. After that it was only downhill, in fact I enjoyed the resident DJ (DJ E[li] btw) gigs the weeks before much more. Regards. Snow.
