Um, yeah, you could say the *right* stuff. :-) Thursday, June 4, it was Oval and Jim O'Rourke (unless Pita and Fennesz made a special appearance, but they're supposed to be in LA on the 6th). Monday, June 8, it's going to be Pita, Fennesz, David Grubbs, and Horst und Snail mit Markus (Pita, Fennesz, and Jim O'Rourke). At least, that's what the Empty Bottle schedule says. And now for a question.... Just wondering how Pita and Fennesz are in a live setting ... wondering if it'll be worth the time (starts late, so I'd get home about 3 AM and have to work the next day), money and hassle (takes an hour to drive there and then gotta find parking and an hour back home) or if I'll get out and think "Damn, I could've just sat home and listened to my CDs." Can't really find out much info on the web about what their live show is *really* like - Mego's got some info, but it's not real concrete. oops, yeah sorry. i was referring to the june 8 date. maybe some of the west coasters can report on the show results to give you a better idea on content. i'm going no matter what... mj
