I'm not a taste cop. I'm not politically correct. In fact, I think I have
one of the most open minds of anyone I know. Hell I even own Muslimgauze,
Death in June, Boyd Rice, Charles Manson and Louis Farrakhan CDs
and I'm *still* considered to be socially/politically balanced : ) ;)
However, I must say that if memory serves me correctly, *you* were bashed
on this list as being " a fucking Jewish faggot" ? Yes ? No ? Maybe it was
someone else.
Anyways, though I could really care what you think/believe/write about people
from any locale/country/region....know that this will piss a lot of folks off.
It's funny how folks can concentrate on stereotypes and negative social biases
whilst having no idea (perhaps) that Hickism and country/rural/provincial
ignorance is a universal thing that can be seen in the US,
UK, Germany, France, Australia, etc etc etc .
Somewhere deep in the jungles of the Southern Appalachians, a kid is sitting
back with way more equipment than anyone on IDM making *amazing*
music.
In fact, one of the best kept secrets in American electronic music lives in
Minnesota,
not quite the deep American South but not exactly the aorta of American aesthete
culture.
Just saying, Wells, your'e going to piss off a lot of Southerners here.
Perhaps had you attacked homosexuals, Jews, blacks, or people from Manchester
you'd be getting more response to this post.

Well, let's see what we've got in Savannah that's IDM related.
On Mondays, We have the Brothers-In-Arms-Cum-Guzzling-Shindig. It's a
family affair that's been in the neighborhood for years. You'll love it.
Classic southern hospitality in a family setting.
Tuesdays, it's the
Have-Sex-With-Your-Sister-All-Nite-Barbeque-And-Slamfest. It's a mixture of
mud wrestling, sex with your sister, and watered-down beer straight from
Jimmy's own backyard brewery. All the components of a real night on the
Georgian town.
We Georgians take a break Wednesdays and Thursdays to kick back, throw down
a few Colt twenty-four packs, and beat our wives, because the weekend's
activites usually need a good deal of preperation (and those wives are just
giving us _too much_ lip nowadays).
On Friday we've got Beat-the-Minority night, where we find someone that's
not exclusively white-bred and Southern-born and beat the pure living shit
out of them for having the gall to come to our country, our beautiful
homeland, and take our jobs at the motorplant (which is overrun with the
Asians nowadays). This is a combination of fun and business, so it's a real
effort on all parties involved.
On Saturday we all head down to the bar just to watched Johnny's tapes of
the NASCAR races that ran over the week. We all root for Mark Martin, coz
that sumbitch can _run_.
We don't do too much on Sunday, as it's the Sabbath, and it's God first
here in Savannah, Georgia. It is through the Lord Jesus that we find
strength to continue our homely Southern lives in true American style.
