yes.
quoted 1 line is it really electro-funk-rap?>is it really electro-funk-rap?
no it is not. here's the real lowdown: . Spacetime Continuum: Realtime ep (Astralwerks) Tracks: 1. neoteric 2. neoteric (strange attractor mix) 3. microjam 4. pressure (live) 5. freelon This ep starts off on the wrong foot with a spacey trip-hop number "Neoteric," complete with Japanese rap vocals. The music is ok but the vocals do nothing for me. But the Neoteric remix by Sharpe's alter ego Strange Attractor really gets this ep going with a banging tech- house gem. The next track, "Microjam" turns into a nice funky techno- jazz number after a long beatless build. Track four is a nice melodic d&b remix of a STC track that was previously released on the "Sea Biscuit" album. The final track, "Freelon," was also previously released on one of the previous Astralwerks STC 12"s (I forget which one) and is a typical Sea Biscuit-era Spacetime track - lush electro tinged idm. Aside from the first track, this ep is another excellent release from Jonah Sharpe. Recommended. 8/10 -->-Lance--- p.o. box 450715 westlake, ohio 44145 united states
