imo best non-IDM :-) album in 1997. is : Susanne Brokesch "Sharing the Sunhat" (Disko B) Great piece of work, really recommended... Minimal 313 stylee, it's quiet in sahko/puu vein. This is her debut full length CD/2LP. I also recommend the rest of her exellent output : sil "whitecloud ep" cheap 12" 1995 sil electronics "tal-s ep" sahko 12" 1995 susanne brokesch "electronic instrumental music from vienna" santaktik 7" 1997 Does anyone know what else did she release ? (Lance ?) bye rob

Susanne Brokesch also had a track on the Tension Music Vol 2 comp 12". She also had a hand in last year's Rancho relaxo allstars: higiene mental, parts CD on disko b. But aside from those two things, robert listed the rest of her releases. -->-Lance--- p.o. box 450715 westlake, ohio 44145 united states

thnx lance... I don't have that Disko B compilation, who's on it ? I've recently got some of the new Disco B stuff : I-F "PORTRAIT OF A DEAD GIRL II "THE CONCLUSION" db59 12" SUSANNE BROKESCH "SHARING THE SUNHAT" db60cd HANS PLATZGUMER "DER SEPARATOR" db62 2x12" DAKAR & GRINSER "THERE AIN'T NO TURNIN' BACK" db63 12" JAY DENHAM "ESCAPE TO THE BLACK PLANNET" db64 2x12" KIRLIAN "PLEASURE YOURSELF" db65 2x12" Is there anything else that you can recommend me ? I really like all of these above very much. Dakar & Grinser are so damn funkee, I play em all the day. Kirlian is exellent, much better imo that Porzlengasse Groves 12" on Sahko. It is very jazzy oriented, but still very similar to some of sahko/puu releases. Does someone know who is behind I-f aka ? I know that he has something with Acid Planet. I didn't hear anything from Acid Planet, but if they release anything like I-f they must be great. Any info on Acid Planet ? Did someone heard Patrik Pulsinger's "Porno" CD ? This must be awesome... I've heard that it's similar with some of Herbert's releases, and that they will make collaboration, if they allready haven't ? Also one more question : Did twin brothers D'Arcangelo also released on Disko B ? If so under which name/aka ? sorry for asking to many questions but I am really amazed with disko b's recent output bye rob p.s. For Wells : Next time I email you something in private, please don't reply it on IDM. Yes, you know what I'm talking about.

Check the w3. The stuff which is most like "Portrait of a Dead Girl" IMO is the Viewlexx material and the Murdercapital Material. I-f's gonna have dope on Interdimensional Transmissions soon too. "Man from PACK MARCH" and a remix ep of "Space Invaders are Smoking Grass" . Duck down.
