Thanks for the suggestions. I'll check them out. I was actually looking for
a list or BBS dedicated to IDM music making. I'm getting tired of talking to
people about "what sampler is the best for making Acid house" or, "how do I
make the ultimate 808 kick sound." Oh and I hate this one, Sample CD's!!
Yuck! If I see the words "Fattest Filters" together more then I have to, I'm
going to barf. I'd like to talk about things like, cool MSP discoveries,
Interesting effect routings or how to make a speak-n-spell into a synth.
Stuff like that. As far as it looks to me, it seems like every ones still
caught up in the whole 'Fat ass Analog filter' world that, for the most
part, doesn't apply to me. Not that I don't like analog synths, I use those
kinds of sounds quite a bit. It's just that I think people need to go to the
next level now.

P.S. I haven't checked out the Synthetic-fruit yet... Is it the same sort of
stuff?

There is analogue heaven --

It's focused specifically on analogue synthesizers, so it won't cover
everything IDM-music-making. And there are a lot of old fart prog rockers
hanging around there ...
There's digital hell, which is the non-analogue analog to analogue heaven.

There's tons of other lists too...those are the two I care about.
