I AM GOING TO BEGIN POSTING REVIEWS OF CDS AND MUSIC ONTO THIS IDM LIST. THANKS TO THOSE OF YOU (GUYS AND GIRLS ) WHO MAILED ME WITH ENCOURAGING SUPPORT. I WAS REALLY BEGINNING TO DESPAIR. ALSO THANK YOU FOR THOSE IGNORANT MAN SEXIST MESSAGES AS THEY TOO HAVE HELPED ME SEE A BIGGER PICTURE. IF ANYBODY WOULD LIKE TO SEND ME CDS FOR REVIEW MAIL ME IN PRIVATE AND I WILL GIVE YOU MY MAILING ADDRESS. I AM A STUDENT SO I CANNOT AFFORD TO BUY THAT MANY CDS/MONTH (EVEN THOUGH I WOULD LOVE TO BECAUSE ELECTRONIC MUSIC IS ALL I HAVE). You should consider your own use of language when looking at sexism. Referring to adult women as "girls" is a sexist manner of speech from my perspective and I'm male. Many women I know would be offended at being referred to as a "girl" regardless of whether it comes from a man or a woman. T.
