yup... i just got it not too long ago as a matter of fact... it's steinberg's rebirth rb-338... and it's worth the money . i've tried a few other 303, 808, etc. emulators, and this one is by far the best of the bunch . i'm unsure as to whether or not there is a shareware version of it, however, you can usually find shareware versions of the other ones easily... There is a shareware version of Rebirth RB-338 at Steinberg's website. I think the address is http://www.steinberg.com The demo is full featured but you can't save and it has a 30 minute time limit. I'm not familiar with 808's or 303's but included are banks to save drum sequences for each 303 or 808, and there is also a distortion feature and a delay. And mixers and faders. Quite a nice pacakage if you ask me. Rusty

rebirth rb-338 was developed (ie: designed & programmed) by The Propellerheads. it is DISTRIBUTED (ie: sold & marketed) by Steinberg. http://www.propellerheads.se/ -- Jon Drukman jsd@gamespot.com SpotMedia Communications ...I was an infinitely hot and dense dot...

My understanding is Propellerheads makes it, Steinberg distributes it. The Propellerheads URL is http://www.propellerheads.se/ The Steinberg URL is http://www.steinberg.net/ While we're on this topic, what is peoples opinion of Cubase + Cubasis AV? I'm looking for something to mess around with and I don't particularily want to buy a bunch of hardware. np: µ-Ziq - Lunatic Harness _________________________________________________ darrel best - http://www.compusmart.ab.ca/daz/ mailto:daz@compusmart.ab.ca
