(err bad joke) 1985 - 1986 - invented acid house in an inspired moment 1987 - went to shoom to see rampers, oakey, coxy, wevvers etc & got right on one! IMO, 4thworld's parody was great, nevertheless the whole thread is very interesting and I hope people continue posting the path that brought them to this particular area of music. I think it is more worthwhile reading than the trainspotting junk. It is more like something this list might have had when it started.
