The first track of which features a Black Dog track from Spanners, slowed down quite a bit, with other sounds and female vocals thrown in. Works very well. BTW, I wonder how this Foundations comp is tied to Black Dog a la Ken Downie. After all, the CD says to look up feedback.com, and that is where Ken has his web presence, I think. Plus it's got three BD tracks - the Radiohead remix, the 2 minute goodie, and the track by Menni - produced at Black Dog Towers - which surely is a pseudonym. Speaking of Mr. Downie, My girlfriend was asking me the other day to put on "That song that sounds just like an advert soundtrack" (rough hebrew translation), I spent half an hour putting on tracks to find what the hell she meant by that, and the outcome - NAD - Infinitesimal from the 2nd language comp. I then proceeded to preach her (Again) on how to listen to it properly and not just make it 'that advert soundtrack' but then it hit me that the track was engineered by Ken Downie, maker of 'music for adverts'.... go figure, it seems my girlfriend hit just the mark with her comment there! Regards, Eylon. PS she also calls the Jimi Tenor 'Outa Space' - "That sitcom theme music"... It got me wondering whether she might be right as well !?!? PSS I love my girlfriend ;) I'm glad to see him giving us some goodies lately, althought I haven't heard all this stuff mentioned yet. Snow.
