Some news from NME Vibes: KUSHTI, Octopus Records' Plaid-affiliated fruity beats collective have finally finished their long-awaited debut LP for the label. Alas, the album, set to include their NME Single Of The Week 'Stromboli', isn't scheduled for release until September. (Methinks: *SEPTEMBER*???) East Anglian drum'n'basshead PHOTEK's second major label single 'Ni Ten Ichi Ryu' - Japanese for 'two swords technique' for those of you not versed in the finer points of Samurai culture - has been set for a mid-March release on Virgin's Science offshoot.
