This is one of my favorites of '99, and probably of all time - Not too sure how to describe it, because it has a unique sound to it. There are a couple tracks with a dnb influence to them - one even starts with a two-step sounding thing but it develops into something much more interesting. But otherwise quite unlike anything else on cert18. Mostly more downtempo stuff, with nice simple melodies & hooklines. The only complaint I have is that the production is a little murky at tiat a couple points there is noticable background hiss or distortion that I don't think belongs. (at least I find that it detracts from the music.)
