I did a review of this last week, but never saw it come through. In a nutshell, 2 Locust tracks, lilith, David Toop, and MJ Harris. The first Locust track ("1966") falls in line with "Truth Is Born Of Arguments", while the second track ("Winter") is an eerie experimental piece that piece that I haven't heard Hoen record before. The Toop and lilith tracks alternate between musique concrete, and wandering found sounds. The highlight is MJ Harris who abandons his Lull sound for a nice dance track. Overall, not really IDM fare. For Locust completists only. Paul Rafanello intone@warwick.net
