Those are some rare 12". Occasionaly you can score them in some back bins. You can get some early Coldcut tracks on "No Rights Given or Implied" CD, along with tracks from Stienski, Double D, etc... We're releasing the new Coldcut single in January (Boot the System/Atomic Moog), with a new full length in May. Coldcut : Scientists of stupid sound and primordial dancefloor hooligans. Taught the kids what time it is. Ninja Tune : Wintry warmers for the wik and the wak. Jeff

IT'S THAT LED ZEP BEAT AGAIN. Oh, sorry. You can find "Beats and Pieces" on the Coldcut full-length "What's that Noise?", with groovy cover art, also found imprinted on the CD itself. This CD also features an unrecognizable cut by Lisa Stansfield ("My Telephone") and a recognizable cut by Lisa Stansfield ("People Hold On", which is quite Yazzful). Varoius other random guest vocalists (Mark E. Moore, many others, like that reggae guy I can't remember, where's my coffee?). This is the hard-funk samplemania noize side of Coldcut. For the jazzy-melodic-funk of Coldcut, check out "Philosophy", which contains the lush "Autumn Leaves", "Chocolate Box", etc. etc. Congrats to the Coldcats! Zenon M. Feszczak
