Okay. Here's a much clearer concise press release I've written that encompasses all the information that you need to know. Any questions can be directed to Lynn Hasty at Green Galactic at the numbers posted below. This is no longer a drill...this is the real shit. -------------------------------------------------- Ever wanted to get involved in the North American (r)evolution of electronic music? Here's how: Green Galactic in Los Angeles has arranged a deal with A13 Records to distribute the remaining copies of "Experimenta" (an A13 Compilation featuring tracks by The Black Dog, Mark Broom, Dave Angel, Stasis, Thomas Heckman and Kinesthesia) and the "Repeats" full-length album. As of right now, Indi will handling the distribution within the United States. The quantities are limited: Repeats (415) and Experimenta (300). Expect within 4-6 weeks to find these CDs appearing in national chains like Tower, HMV, Virgin, Harmony House and Blockbuster. Best part is, both CDs will be available to you, the penny-pinching consumer, at domestic prices. This is where you step in. "Experimenta" and "Repeats" are the first two releases that Green Galactic will bring to the United States. Lynn Hasty invites anyone to fax the top 3 retail stores they'd like to see receive the A13 releases. She can be faxed at (213) 466-5121. She can also be reached by voice at (213) 466-5141. Harrass your local music retailer. Having heard both albums, I can tell you A13 has cooked up two slices of doggie-style bleepy techno. At times quite melodic, yet still maintaining a subtle intelligent atmosphere...techno that doesn't lunge at you with a beeper and baggy pants. The company is also interested in anyone with information about distribution companies in Canada, to establish a working relationship across the border. Green Galactic wants to use this experience to provide in the future an established distribution circuit to bring great music to you. While Lynn does not have e-mail access, you can find out more about Green Galactic by checking out "http://commline.com/greengalactic/" Click... Not to look a gift horse in the mouth, but I already know a store with several copies of Experimenta, and nearly all the shops in San Fran still have a copy or two of Repeats around. Sure, not domestic prices, but... Will they be bringing out other A13 back catalog stuff? like the Kapellmeister EP I've still never seen, much less heard? Now *that* would get my attention... jmar. | J M R T N K O | fonstrosities and other toys by ILLGBLITY ENGNRING. | | D S G N E T C | JOHN-A MARTINKO, w. desk chief martinko@netcom.com |

The best I can say is, fax Lynn hasty at (213) 466-5121 and suggest to her the Kapellmeister EP. As for the surplus of Experimenta and Repeats, I guess those stores won't have to re-order, unless they have customers who'd prefer saving a buck. I can't speak for the US domestic/import market, but I know shopping in Canada, I'd prefer to be $10 richer.
