I think I'll publish one (fellow-listmember) name soon, if he doesn't come up
with the cash for Cylob's Industrial Folksongs which I sent him in *November
1995* ! My own copy doesn't even have the polystyrene packaging ...
Other than that I've never had any real problems with ordering through the
internet, neither from other listmembers or more 'official' sites; all in all
I'm pretty satisfied with mail-order services as well. No problem with my idm
and aphex t-shirts either :-) Full marks to both Alan and RePhlex.
The one transaction that still brings a smile to my face is when I ordered Nav
Katze from Japan. It arrived beautifully giftwrapped in flowery paper with
Japanese lettering, accompanied by a note that contained the words 'thank you'
at least 10 times, even before any money had changed hands. Not even the fact
that Nav Katze later became widely available at a much (much) lower price can
spoil that.
