Conversely you have the argument a mate of mine put forward about "Bytes"
and its "Phils"; that some of them are so good and should develop into a
song, but don't leaving you disappointed. He went as far as saying that some
Phils are even better than the songs on the album. Personally I wouldn't go
that far, but I do agree with him that some of them would have made great
songs if developed further.
The only think that really annoys me about "Bytes" is that they didn't index
the "Phils" so the track listing, which only appears in a readable form on
the cd, is next to useless.
I haven't got "Spanners" yet (although I have everything else) did they
index the "bolts" for this?
