I begin to believe it is general way of behaviour of the online shops.
I've had similar experience with Bent Crayon. I ordered from them in
September 4 CDs. They charged my Visa for $64 but the cds never arrived. My
post office says they did not receive it, bent crayon says their post office
sent it. No one is guilty, except small matter - I still do not have my cds.
I asked them why they specifically charged me for insurance if they just
turned their backs on me when the problem occured but got no response until
present day. Fuck capitalistst!

btw. Forced Exposure charged me for insurance as well and did not respond to
my questions about meaning of this insurance as well. I just have to hope
this time the package arrives.
