I just recd. yet another excellent mix tape via IDM email trade. mbhpfgs@afs.mcc.ac.uk <-mail this guy "meanwhile uptown....the DJ plays" An infinite mix (read: seamless god why can't I be this clean) of some truly eclectic selections all well spread from the spectrum of the post baggy beat mindset, like say, the chemical brothers, underworld, octagon man, depth charge (j.saul is IN here!), autechre, t power and even the happy mondays. how often is it that you get to hear metalheads (jah) going down alongside jake slazenger's megaphonk and winding you on the lap of the nip hop Acrid Avid Jam Shred. This bad boy needs a spot on the solid steel. Mmm, onto side two! Teep on now: an excellent batch of original unreleased IDM courtesy of CiM

How can it be?! Anyways on with IT! CiM's dishing out a 'ready-to-press' brand of major hulking kicks and warpy techno rhythms and bass. At his very best in a more melodic and experimental form, manipulating static into verily engaging programs. He brings the new fusion sound of the UK, where a kids musical flattery and respect of the D is tempered with a taste of 'this is how we do it mate' UK flavor that any 313er would be proud of. Not that we keep national boundries down here in the underground. ;-) 1 family Teep on next: assembled 001/002 <--time check in with the masters program
