Found the Quoth single here in Toronto for only $8. It was however the Wax Trax print, and not the Warp print. I know the Warp print was released and deleted on the same day, making it extremely rare. Does the same go for the Wax Trax print? How rare in general is this disc? As do 100% of the CD-singles from TVT in the US (they advertise it on their website*). Coupled with the information posted later about how only the first Warp batch didn't have it, it would seem that the CD-single *without* the unlisted bonus track is the more rare one.
