Musik magazine is fairly readily available in SF! Reckless Records on Haight/Masonic has a few copies...and there's this newsstand/smoke shop on Castro (right near the Double Rainbow, Twin Peaks bar and market street) that had about 5 copies, all with the free R&S tape that comes with it.
