Got Ready to Rockit - indeed. Mad breakbeat bass and weird vocal trip (hop) with a jungle influenced tune to boot. It's odd, it's danceable, it's strangely soothing. (and it had the kids in Reno jumpin' Saturday) Joe (:Joe Rice:_____________:tic-tac@ultima.org:_____________:ambient@netcom.com:) (:"Oh, the turntables are his instruments!" :) (:"But I can't tell what sound that record is making!" :) (:"I know! He puts them on and off and you never know! I've never seen :) (: anything like it!" :)

If I'm not mistaken, the good Dr. Rockit is indeed the same chap behind the Wishmountain Plays project on Tom and Mark's Evolution label. Can anyone (Ben, perhaps?) confirm/refute this...? - Matthew OnNow: A Guy Called Gerald - Finley's Rainbow (Slow Motion Mix) "I grew up thinking that techno music is actually something that you can't imagine. That is techno at its best. If you hear something that you'd never expect to hear - that's techno. If you hear something that kind of sounds like you've heard it before, then it's not techno." - Jeff Mills
