As far as I know, it is not from any album, but it sounds like it was recorded at the same session that produced the album _Al-Zulfiquar Shaheed_ (Both were recorded in the Abraham Mosque and engineered by J. Delf). The recordings feature repeating motifs on eastern percussion, organic and metallic, underlaid by drones created by some kind of pump organ (I'm assuming)occasionally mixed with effects and wordless, songless voices.
