Does anyone know if the Morse code on the spine of the Global Communications CD actually says anything? Excuse me for asking pointless questions, but I was curious, ok? :) Michael ______________________________________________________________________________ "Stability is one of those code words, which means 'rule by the right guys'" scrot@sans.vuw.ac.nz (Michael Upton) - Noam Chomsky ______________________________________________________________________________

Yes.. On the spine, the bottom of the back and the bottom of the inside it says 'global communication'. Above the notes on the right it says 'emotive expression through the medium of sound'. On the white bit inside there are eight concentric circles. From the outside in these read: 'aural therapy for your future recorded in our past' 'global communication emotive expression conveyed through the medium of sound' 'our culture is well practiced in intellect and rationality' 'we are trying to redress the balance by appealing to people on an emotional level' 'this does not mean we devalue thought' 'we merely wish to improve the status of emotion' 'and individual and collective emotional experience' 'can you really hear see touch taste smell'

Here is a message I sent to IDM in August... ...but as I was listening to Global Communication's 76 14 yesterday I decided to translate all the Morse code on the packaging. Here is what it says... On the spine, the bottom of the back and the bottom of the inside it says 'global communication'. Above the notes on the right it says 'emotive expression through the medium of sound'. On the white bit inside there are eight concentric circles. From the outside in these read 'aural therapy for your future recorded in our past' 'global communication emotive expression conveyed through the medium of sound' 'our culture is well practiced in intellect and rationality' 'we are trying to redress the balance by appealing to people on an emotional level' 'this does not mean we devalue thought' 'we merely wish to improve the status of emotion' 'and individual and collective emotional experience' 'can you really hear see touch taste smell' So there you have it.
