This is the witty reply you've been stewing up for the last three days? Color me impressed. Where's your smiley with its tongue out? It's a bit alarming that someone ostensibly fresh from the U.K. press is so incapable of any kind of TOPICAL criticism. Thoughtful and specific criticisms generate useful dialogue; careless and casual criticisms only start tedious flamewars. Nothing would make me happier than finally seeing someone pan Richard's music and explain WHY they don't like it. Jon has done this in the past, but I can't think of anyone else. A "bunch of bad acid tracks" they're not. IDMlist content: Favorite IDM record covers would have to be: 1) Autechre's Amber 2) Richard Kirk's Virtual State Least favorite cover would be: 1) Ventolin single (great record, though!)
