That and the fact that unknown artists on the list
can't get a useful peice of criticism out of anyone on
the list (they send people things and hear nothing
back from 95% of the recipients) and leave. If they
stick to their music, they undoubtably feel they
owe/got very little from communicating with that
community and don't bother returning. If they aren't
involved in sales of IDM records as a distro or label,
then there is little worth sifting through the list
for (maybe just the 3-4 people who review obscure new
stuff).
