the double cd reissue that you saw was probobly Time High Fiction, RIchard
Kirk's second solo album(after a cassette put out by Industrial Records) It
was released in 1982 and sounds something like red mecca/2x45 era cabaret
voltaire, or a less electronic "the crackdown" He sings on it, sort of. If
you like the later rough trade pre-some bizarre era cabs, you might like it.
