Incredibly slow hip hop beats with weird 60's film music on top and a woman who sings like the bastard mix of Tori Amos, Janis Joplin and Edith Piaf. I've had "It Could Be Sweet" in my head all day now... Jon Drukman jsd@cyborganic.com

Hmm. it's a sound all it's own, really, just fitting in the Bristol Massive Attack/ Tricky scene..sparse deep hiphop beats, almost film sountrack sounding tunes..strings, organs..very 50's and 60's and some *fantastic* vocals by a very strong singer. I'd recommend it easily, it's some of the best stuff i've heard this year. mikebee

I kind of wished the vocals were less folksy sounding and a bit more laid back. That would be more closer to the trip-hop sound. The music though is great, wish I had an instrumental Porishead album. Mohsen
