seefeel follow their critcallly acclaimed debut WArp single,
"Starethrough" , with the release this week of a 10-inch, "Fracture/Tied".
Available on vinyl and cd, it is said to be their "most abstract material
to date", showing a "resolutely experimental" side.
seefeel are currently in the studio recording their second album
which should be released early next year. The band are also planning live
dates in november, but nothing had been confirmed yet.
ultramarine have a new ep, "Hymn", released by blanco y negro on
October 24.
The title track featured vocals from ex-Theives singer David
McAlmont on one of the two CD formats,and from the song's composer, Kevin
Ayers on the other.

Sven Vath is to celebrate his 30th birthday on october 9 in
india, where sixty friends will party in a village which is being built
specially for his stay....Robert Armani has remixed 'better days' by
Taborah Adams as the debut release on ACV's new Blue Village
subsidiary...Andrew WEatherall, Adrian Sherwood, and The Dust Brothers
are expected to overhaul the Anti-Criminal Justice Bill track recorded by
The Drum Club, System 7, and Killing Joke. The record is out on
Sabrettes...Aphex Twin, Zion Train, The Drum Club, Ultramarine, Loop
Guru, Trans-Global Underground and Tribal Drift are all featured on teh
forthcoming "Taking LIberties" compilation, which is also in protest of
the Bill...Laurent Garnier's appearance at Richie hawtin's JAK bash now
takes place on October 22. The party on October 8 is an ambient efvent.
Hawtin will meanwhile be joined by JOhn Acquaviva for the 'X-Mix 3"
launch party at E-Werk in Berlin on november 4. The party moves to Prague
ttwo days later...and LIttle Annie is to record for SAbres of Paradise.
System 7, steve hillage's ambient dance project, will release two
mew albums simultaneously on october 24.
"The Fire Album" and "The Water Album" feature hillage and cohort
Miquette Giraudy collaborating with such dance luminaries as laurent
garnier, derrick may, charlie hall, pressure of speech and youth,
the albums, out through butterfly/big life, are system 7's first
for 18 months following their '777' opus
Meanwhile, system 7 release a new Cd only limited edition single
'sirenes' featurein six mixes by garnier, marshall jeferson and carl
craig among others.
GPR, home of Beaumont Hannant, Germ and LUke slater, are setting
up another, more danefloor-oriented label.
