isn't that redundant? all music is to be listened to, even if you dance to it. thus it's really just 'electronic music' I know most IDMers don't like the term 'electronica' personally I'm all for 'Indie Digital Music' (which I heard was coined by kid606) or maybe just 'Computer Music' as far as I'm concerned the factor that unifies the different types of music that fall under the term IDM is the use of the computer in making it.
