You might like to talk to Steve Boswell. The rec.music.indistrial
newsgroup has done exactly this kind of thing.... (and the double CD
is sitting in my CD player at the moment....)
Actually, the first pressing company that the group used (before
Steve Boswell got involved) ran off with the money, without delivering
the discs.... :-(
