my sentiments exactly. amorph androg is a 40 minute long exercise in cool
sounds but not music IMHO. For me, it's just like a glorified "sounds of
nature" cd.
given my postings on the aphex twin and amorph androg, many people may be
wondering what i'm even doing on the idm list. well, because i still
believe that the D in IDM is very important. too much 'idm' is actually
'im' now and since my love of techno and electronic music was originally
born out of a love of dancing, i just can't deal with all that 'im' stuff.
c'mon everyone, let's put the D back in IDM!
