Why can't it simply be Electronic Listening Music - as >the Artificial Intelligence Series sought out to be? I agree. The very term IDM causes hysterical laughter in my circle of friends, especially when they realize what kind of music it is supposed to describe. For someone to run around calling the type of music they listen to 'Intelligent' is annoying enough, but to call it 'Dance' when it sounds like MoM or autechre is proposterous. Cheers for bringing up the AI series, since that's always been, for me, the best thing that came out of this whole thing. It's something I'll compare other music to. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
