15-16 Various - I listened to a lot
of different things - trying
(I guess) to figure out where
my musical interests were. I
was exposed to hardcore punk,
gothic rock (Sisters of Mercy,
Mission UK, Cure, etc..), and
European dance music <- and
that's when I knew what I
really liked.. Seperate Minds,
Shamen, Bhappi Lahiri, Tyree,
Kiss AMC, 808 State, Hithouse,
Bomb the Bass, S'Express, Soul
II Soul - all that shit..
17-Present I guess since then I've been
solidifying my musical tastes,
which remain very eclectic, but
are founded on atmosphere and
rhythm. I was exposed to David
Sylvian and Holger Czukay at
18, and dug it deeply.. Meat
Beat Manifesto played a big
part in my re-discovery of
fat beats.. Acid.. You know..
