Hah you guys. I'm older than all of you and if there's a good
weeknight show I go to it and just gut it out the next day at work.
Music is a stern task-master, and you have to be in top shape to do
what it takes.
I find it a lot easier than some people because I don't drink a ton of
beer, smoke a pack of smokes, take illegal drugs and pass out in a
puddle of vomit at the afterparty ;-)
