hi toma, for me the main event around those dates is the following: (i recommend to book the tickets in advance, the shows at Tate are usually quite popular) --- MONOLAKE LIVE AT TATE MODERN, LONDON /ontour0.html c.html /eventseducation/musicperform/ ubsopeningsthelongweekendminimalistmondayseries.htm On Mai 29th Monolake will perform live at the Tate Modern in London, using the audio visual network sequencer Atlantic Waves IV, as part of the "Minimalist Monday" concert series. Robert Henke will perfom together with his co-producer Torsten T++ Pröfrock who contributes remotely from the monolake studio in Berlin. Atlantic Waves IV is the latest incarnation of a realtime internet sequencing application, which allows two players to interact while being far away from each other. The musical score is represented as a highly abstract graphical structure and will be projected during the performance, allowing the audience to follow and understand the construction and deconstruction of the composition. --- i'm sure there is more going on , esp cuz its a bank holiday weekend , check for some info here: www.noiseloop.com have a good trip :) ----- Original Message ---- From: Toma Susi <tasusi@cc.hut.fi> To: idm@hyperreal.org Sent: Thursday, 11 May, 2006 9:05:23 PM Subject: [idm] Anything good going down in London 27.5.-31.5.2006? Hi there. I'm thinking of coming to visit London in the end of May. Is there anything IDMish going on then worth checking out?
