but what about techno? it's one of the only genres that seems to continually
reinvent itself, and is still accessible on a dancefloor. contrary to what
you seem to think, there's a LOT of interesting things happening within
repetition and 4/floor... if anything not only based around it, but changing
it, rethinking it.
the answer to your problem is not killing trance DJs but rather just not
paying the rip-off entry fee and not going to cheesy raves. seems simple
enough to me :-)
