agree 100% with your classification below ... HOWEVER, raves are not places
to hear interesting stuff (well, the last time *I* did anyways was in
1993 -- in Detroit)
have found that private, warehouse party type events are waaaaaay more
interesting from the standpoint of hearing something off the 4/4 circuit,
tho' clearly harder to find!
PS -- am still a huge proggy trance & house fan, it's fun as hell to dance
to! but LISTENING pleasure extends beyond ... just a thought
