hello, yes, the sound of "multila" is very dense and mostly centered. There are occasional spots where it seems to slightly deviate from centered but never does so completely. But certainly the use of stereo is not even close to his latest album, Naima... since Multila is one of the earlier albums I don't hold it against him (and the first I heard, still one of my favorites). you might benefit from actually purchasing the CD, though, as I've noticed sometimes these more murky tracks from various artists occasionally lose something in the compression.
