Yes, Soulseek goes down periodically.
It is privately, run, financed, and constructed by a one-man show.
If it goes down try again later.

Almost all of the Soulseekers out there are IDM heads.
90% of the music you will find on there is electronic.
As opposed to the other file-sharing programs which
really are any genre. It is also THE place for rare IDM.
It is highly recommended.
Once you log on and log in you will see what you've been
missing all along !
