as i suspected, many people have strong feelings about this. i'm glad my
home address is not listed as the contact info. we can't have irate
autechre fans showing up at all hours of the night, now can we? some of the
e-mail i have gotten on the subject (including various requests involving
sodomy) has reinforced the fact that one need not be intelligent to enjoy
music that is "intelligent."

as you'll note below, the domains were originally registered in november of
1999 -- that was nearly two years ago. if autechre care (which is
debatable), surely they would have registered them before pimps like me
could have grabbed them, no?

i would, of course, transfer them to autechre if they asked. someone
purporting to be sean booth contacted me quite some time ago, offering some
rare wax for them, but he failed to follow through. verifiable direct
contact information would be handy.
thanks for all of your e-mails on the subject. they have been entertaining.
i would question the appropriateness of such indignancy, however. maybe
it's a question of not owning a unique autechre-related item?
i may be a trainspotter, but i'm not sorry.
