I've always thought that the best album covers fit the music, but I also think that seeing the album cover before hearing any of the music can influence the way you perceive the music, especially if you're just really sensitive to colors and images. A few album covers that really affected the way I listened to a few cds: Polygon Window: Surfing on Sine Waves, autechre: Amber, autechre: confield, ?-ziq: In Pine Effect, Plaid: Not For Threes. There are others, but those examples affected me so strongly that when I listen to those cds, I sort of still have the artwork in mind the whole time. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
