So, if you're going down the path of Basinski and piano styled works, i guess some ambient/neo-classical stuff needs to be mentioned as well as some of my fav ambient albums that i list to when i need to work on various projects. Ben Woods - Moments and also Things Weren't Always This Way Nymh (Ben Woods) - Realms of Detachment Anything by Nils Frahm Tu M' - Monochromes Vol. 1 (very Basinski) Brian McBride - When the Detail Lost It's Freedom and also The Effective Disconnect A Winged Victory for the Sullen Adam Bryanbaum Wiltzie - Travels in Constants Anything by Stars of the Lid, especially Tired Sounds Of <-- I'd take this as the perfect ambient album.
