This came out in the early 80's was produced by Ivan Ivan
who dj'd at the Pyramid in NYC and is called The Dominatrix.
Think Weatherall recently put it on his nuphonic compilation.
in fact the other two sound like tracks off this compilation
as well. filled with early 80's pre-electro cheese.
