i'm not familiar w/ the beach boys original, but i prefer that track to his
take on _paint it black_. both reconstructions are ambient guitar glitch,
gentle but dis/rupted/torted in a way that concentrates on sound. if i had
to describe the beach boys track, it seems to take the melody, simply
contructed on guitar, no beats, and gentle swathes of electronic noise. it
skips and stutters occasionally on its way.
if that aint good enough (probably) y/ can listen to the whole thing here
and make y/ own ops ...
